Returns & Exchanges

1. Returns 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ralo Paris. If you are not satisfied with your shoes for any reason, you may return them within 7 days of receipt for a refund. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number. 

b. Ensure that the shoes are in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging and tags. 

c. Pack the shoes securely and include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip. 

d. Ship the package to the address provided with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. 

e. Once we receive and inspect the returned shoes, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping charges, within 3 business days.

2. Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange your Ralo Paris shoes for a different size or style, please follow the same process outlined for returns. Indicate on the packing slip or in your communication with our customer service team the details of the exchange, including the desired size or style. Once we receive your returned shoes and confirm their eligibility for exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the new shoes to you promptly. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

3. Defective or Damaged Products 

In the unlikely event that you receive defective or damaged shoes, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for your protection. Ralo Paris is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Exceptions 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Shoes that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Shoes without their original packaging or tags.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
